If not taking part in a race (which are generally on a Sunday) we have a a schedule of long runs which are normally between 10 miles and 15 miles. These start at different locations which include from Broadstone Sports Centre, Purbecks, Corfe Castle and Wareham Forest.

We meet at 8:30 in the morning at different paces, no one is left behind.
