QuadKids
8-11 (SCHOOL YEARS 3, 4 & 5)
Our QuadKids section is a perfect stepping stone which encompasses all the key aspects of athletics: endurance, speed, agility and strength.
U18
11-17 (SCHOOL YEARS 6-13)
Our U18 division offers specialist coaching in an athlete’s chosen discipline for Track & Field (sprinting, endurance, hurdles, high-jump, long-jump, triple-jump, javelin, shot put, and discus) and Cross Country.
Parent Volunteers
HELPERS WANTED
Our Junior division can’t run without volunteers and we depend on parents to step up and help out. By volunteering, you ensure the members of Poole Runners Juniors have to opportunity to be healthy, active and sociable.
