Monday evening (non coached) social freindly group run.
The basis is a 5 mile (approx) steady run, averaging 9:30-10:00 min mile pace (approx 48-50 mins for a five mile route)
This run is perfect as a follow on from Couch to 5k programme or for anyone wanting a recovery run after a long run on a Sunday!
There is no cost to attend and you don’t have to be a registered Poole Runners member, just turn up at any time and run with us!
