Our Park to Poole Runners session are for different groups running between 5K and 5 miles. The aim is to progress and get everyone running 5 miles at around 10 minute mile pace. Its a social friendly group and no one is left behind!
This session is perfect as a follow on from Couch to 5k programme or for anyone wanting a recovery run after a long run on a Sunday!
There is no cost to attend this session and you don’t have to be a registered Poole Runners member, just turn up at any time and run with us!
