Training Sessions

There are plenty of training sessions for all abilities taking place each week. Our main club night is on Wednesday night, where most of our members get together.

Other sessions include speed work, recovery runs and long runs.

  • Wednesdays – Main Club Run
  • Thursdays – Track Events, Speed Work
  • Saturdays – parkrun, Track Events
