The Coach will leave “The Junction” at 8:35am
Our coach will leave Broadstone Sports Centre at 8:35 sharp, please be on the coach by 8:30. (no roll call will be taken). The first drop-off will be at Hengistbury Head for those running either 20 or 16 miles. This will be followed by a drop at Boscombe pier for the 13 and 10 mile runners. There is no need to notify us of the distance, just get off the coach at your decided distance.
- Get off the coach at Hengistbury head to run 16 or 20 miles
- Get off at Boscombe pier for 10 or 13miles
It’s hoped that no one will need to run on their own. Please form your own groups of similar speed. There are some new members with us, please ensure that everyone has an opportunity to join groups. This is a social event.
There will be maps available as you join the coach, but our preferred option is for runners to check and download the route description of their preferred choice. See blue tabs below. There will be a drinks and jelleybaby point at Shore Road. (at the end of the prom)
Showers are available at the Sports Centre. A free post run tea or coffee is available upstairs in the Waterside Bar for all on their return. Collect a voucher from Anne or Mike T .
COVID REQUIREMENTS
· Please can all runners undertake a LFT test before attending.
· Please do not attend if you or someone in your household has COVID symptoms.
· Facemasks are required on the coach (A bin will placed outside the coach for disposal of masks as you leave)
· Should you wish to wear a jacket on the coach to help keep warm, it can be returned to Broadstone for collection. Please place it in an individual carrier bag with your name on it ,( supplied by you,) and drop it into Mike Towner’s car as you leave the coach.
