The Dorset Road Race League (DRRL) is twelve selected races of varying distances across the county each year.
The DRRL is a long established road running league and Poole Runners have been members for many years. To take part you must be a first claim member and registered to England Athletics. For both individual and team competitions, the best 7 results will score towards the League.

All competitors (except 15 year olds) are considered to have their birthdays on 1st Jan.
SUMMARY
League Rules
- Club vests – must be worn if the runner wishes to count towards an individual or team prize.
- Change of clubs – New rules for 2020.
- Tie – In the event of a tie, the position of the last runner is the deciding factor.
- Overall winner – The best seven scores from the twelve races are used to determine the overall trophy winners.
- Headphones – Headphones must not be worn. This is in line with UKA guidelines.
