Boscombe 5k  2025

9:15 start: Boscombe Pier Sea Front – Undercliff Dr, Boscombe, Bournemouth BH5 1BN

Please note we are in the process of organising this race and information is subject to change until entries open on 1st July

  • This event replaces the cancelled Munhull 12k. It will be organised as a simple, basic low cost event. The race will host the third off four U17 races
  • The route is the same as used for the “Boscombe Winter Series from 1980 to 2022 ie straight out and back, fast , flat and furious
  • Toilets and showers ( possibly cold) are available at several locations on promenade
  • Numbers can be collected from a gazebo in front Boscombe pier from 8:30am or from “The Junction” sports centre , Broadstone on Wednesday 10th Sept between 6:15 and 8:00pm
  • All runners are welcome to meet for breakfast in the adjunct pub (The Neptune) in which the prizegiving will be held.

The “Age Group”  course records below were set during the Winter Series 1982-2022. Should any be  broken  they will count and be added

Races will be run under UKA rules, licence number TBA, results will be published on Run Britain & Poole Runners web site.
