Race  Three of the 2016 Upton Summer Series will be held on Wednesday 22nd June. Open to all.   Juniors one mile (4 to 13) start is 6:45pm, Seniors 3.5 mile  race start is 7:15. All runners and Clubs are  reminded that they  are welcome to return to  “The Junction”  Broadstone for showers, drinks and food.

 The Prizegiving   for the six race series  will be after the last run on Wednesday 10th August.  Both Juniors and Senior’s will need to have raced  at least four times to be considered for a prize.  Juniors Prizegiving  will be at Upton immediately after their race. The  Seniors  will be at “The Junction” at apx.  8:30pm  ( Food and Drinks will be available)
