Main Session: 5x (400m tempo, 400m threshold) with 2 mins recovery
Marathon Training: 8x (400m tempo, 400m threshold) with 200m jog recovery
Middle Distance Session: 10 x 400m @ 1500m/3K pace, with 90 secs recovery
