Prize-giving  Night !  Juniors presentations will be in front of Upton House after their run. Seniors will be held at “The Junction” Broadstone. All welcome.

Registration opens at 6:15.  A  Poole Runners Club Championships event under UKA rules. Club vests please.

On night Entries Seniors (14 or over on 1/5/19):

At first race only simply complete a registration form, seniors pay £2 plus a one off £2 if not a Club Runner.  Thereafter just £2 per night. Keep your race number for all subsequent races.  Starts at 19:15 (3.5 Miles Approx.)

Juniors (Over 4 to Under 14 on 1/5/19): 
At first race only simply complete a registration form and pay just £1.00.  Remaining races just pay £1 Keep your race number for all races.     Start time 6:45 in front of Upton House
