This training event is open to all. The route will use the promenade, perfect for those in training for a spring Marathon.

Our coach will leave The Junction Leisure Centre, Broadstone at 8:40am. It will drop off runners at Hengistbury Head and Boscombe pier.

A support car will be en-route.  There will be a “refreshment point” in the region of Shore Rd.  Details later.

  • 20 mile run – Round the Head, Promenade, Poole Park, Holes Bay, Upton Park, Trailway, Broadstone.
  • 16 mile run – Promenade, Poole Park, Holes Bay, Upton Park, Trailway, Broadstone
  • 13 mile run – Boscombe Pier, Promenade, Poole Park, Holes Bay, Upton Park, Trailway, Broadstone.
  • 10 mile run- As above but turn right up New Road from Holes Bay (by MacDonald’s) back to Broadstone.

Distances are approximate and you can make your mind up on the day which distances to run.  Route maps will be available.

Cost will be just £5 to include coffee at Broadstone on your return.
