DESCRIPTION:Schindlers Shuffles are gentle walks (not runs)\, organised by club legend Geoff Scott (70)\, usually of about 6 miles starting and finishing at a pub where most people stop for a drink or food afterwards. All are welcome (including dogs)\, you don’t have to be a Poole Runner or indeed a runner. Suitable footwear and clothing for the prevailing conditions are recommended as is a drink and cake for the mid-walk break. \nWalk 183\nDirections  \nFrom the roundabout at the junction of A31 and B3078\, take the Corfe Mullen turning up Wimborne Road and the pub is situated a short distance up the hill on the left hand side.

DESCRIPTION: This will be Club Seniors Club Championship race. (Club Vests please) \nThe event is race number 9 in the 2016 seniors Club Championship Series and points  will be awarded in the usual way i.e.  females ages 20 to 35 and males 20 to 40 then five year age bands in both genders. \nFirst heat will start at 7:00pm.  Please note ages will be as of 1st Jan 2016. \nIn addition to the usual seniors Club Championship categories there will be two junior categories  (both genders) of 8 to 13 and 14 to 19 inclusive. ( ages as of race day) \nNote: All senior ages are calculated as of 1st Jan 2016. Juniors are calculated on race night. \nMale Club Record is  4:25  held by Andrew Smith (27th August 2015) \nSmall prizes  (both genders) are  awarded  in :- \n\n8 to 13\n14 to 19\n20 to 39\n40+\n60+\nOverall winner\n\nThe  2016 entry form is below and will also be available at Broadstone  on Wednesday and will be circulated at training sessions on Tuesday and Thursdays. \nPlease complete and email to towner456@talktalk.net  The Club asks all to pre-enter if possible.  Cost is just  £2.50  until Wednesday 31st August and £5 on the night.
