DESCRIPTION:Race 11 of the Club Championship (OFF ROAD) \nThe 5km and 10km races start together and split at around 3.5km. The split is clearly signed and marshalled. The colour of your race number indicates the race you are running\, so the marshals know how to direct you. \n\nAlthough the route is all on well worn trails\, some sections are boggy and some sections are steep. There are low branches\, tree roots\, and the occasional rabbit hole or farmer so please take care while competing and we would suggest you wear trail shoes if you have them (although not essential).\nIts a cross-country race\, please run within your limits\, a sprained ankle is no fun.

DESCRIPTION:The race start and finish is at the Blues Club Grove Road\, Portland. This is the home ground of Portland United Football Club and parking\, as well as toilet and changing facilities\, are available. To get there by road head for Weymouth then follow the  signs for Portland on the A354. Follow the main road to the top of Portland to the Heights Hotel roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout to Easton. After approximately 300 yards you will pass the Chesil Beach Motors Garage and the Recycling Centre on your left\, the next turning on the left is Grove Road. The PUFC ground is approximately 300 yards on your left. If using a Satnav enter the postcode DT5 1DP.

DESCRIPTION:These are simple turn up race and go events under UKA rules (no dogs\, buggies\, or headphones). No fuss and minimal paperwork. \nOverall and age category prizes. Male and female inter Club team trophies \n On-line entries for will be available as from Sunday 1st Dec 2018 until Sunday 28th April 2019.    \nThis is the preferred method\, and is available\, for seniors only (14 plus on 1/5/19)\, using our offer of “Pay for five races and get the sixth race free”. This is just £10\, plus a one-off £2 if you are a non-Club Runner.  The online system will close 28th April 2019 at  8:00 pm. \nYour number will be ready for collection at race one. Thereafter no need to queue or register at subsequent races. Just keep the same number for the whole series and go directly to the start line. \nAfter Race One all entries are per race night only. \nOn night Entries Seniors ( 14 or over on 1/5/19)  –  At first race only simply complete a registration form\,  seniors pay £2 plus a one off £2 if not a Club Runner.  Thereafter just £2 per night. Keep your race number for all subsequent races.  Starts at 19:15 (3.5 Miles Approx.) \nJuniors (Over 4 to Under 14 on 1/5/19): At first race only simply complete a registration form and pay just £1 00.  Remaining races just pay £1 Keep your race number for all subsequent races
