SUMMARY:Blackhill 10k
DESCRIPTION:Race 11 of the Club Championship (OFF ROAD) \nThe 5km and 10km races start together and split at around 3.5km. The split is clearly signed and marshalled. The colour of your race number indicates the race you are running\, so the marshals know how to direct you. \n\nAlthough the route is all on well worn trails\, some sections are boggy and some sections are steep. There are low branches\, tree roots\, and the occasional rabbit hole or farmer so please take care while competing and we would suggest you wear trail shoes if you have them (although not essential).\nIts a cross-country race\, please run within your limits\, a sprained ankle is no fun.

DESCRIPTION:Race 10 of  the Club Championship  (OFF ROAD) \nThe Purbeck 16 is actually more than 16 miles and is in fact closer to 16.5 miles and is a great step up from a half marathon. \nThe Purbeck 16 starts and finishes in Swanage. From the Downs overlooking the beach\, it heads towards Durlston Country Park and along the Jurassic coast path before going through the villages of Worth Matravers and Kingston. \n

DESCRIPTION:The Purbeck Marathon takes place in Swanage\, Purbeck and the Jurassic Coast which has spectacular history\, landscapes and views. The course with around 3000 feet of climbs provides a predominately off-road Marathon that is both challenging and rewarding. Please note that this is More than just a Marathon in more ways than one! The course is closer to 27 miles rather than the conventional 26.2. Don’t worry\, the extra mile is the easiest bit of the course!
