DESCRIPTION:Both a Dorsey Road Race League race  (a 15 to 17 selected race) and a Poole Runners Club Championship event. \nStarting from Shaftesbury School on Hawkesdene Lane\, Shaftesbury SP7 8NU\, at 11AM\, the race is a single loop 10k on scenic country lanes. \nThe course is hilly and soon after the start you get to run up the picturesque Gold Hill\, made famous by the Hovis advert. \nSorry the course is not suitable for wheelchairs. \nThe race is accurately measured and organised according to UKA rules by the Dorset Doddlers.
