DESCRIPTION:The Club’s AGM will be held on Wednesday 27th February 2019 at The Junction Leisure Centre\, Broadstone\, commencing at 9pm. \nAll members are invited and encouraged to attend. \nA full AGM agenda will be published prior to the day but will follow the general outline as below: \n\n2018 reports from Club Officers: Chairman\, Treasurer etc.\nVote on any proposals (together with seconder) that have been registered in writing to Sarah Swift\, Club Secretary\, via email: secretary@poolerunners.co.uk\nDeadline for submission of any proposals to above email by 13th FebruaryNo proposals will be taken after this date or on the night at this formal part of the AGM\nVote for members of the new committee. All first claim over 18 years old paid up members\, may stand for the committee. (Existing committee members must resign but may re-stand)\n\nAll members are encouraged to consider joining the committee to bring fresh ideas and suggestions regarding the clubs continuation and development. \nA form on which prospective 2019 committee members can place their names will be available at Wednesday club night runs on 6th\, 13th & 20th February\, alternatively you can email your name & that of your seconder to: secretary@poolerunners.co.uk no later than 20th February 2019.

SUMMARY:Hengisbury Head Hustle
DESCRIPTION:Hengistbury Head Hustle V2 – 19th August 2018 \nOpen to all standards.   The distances are aprox 19\, 14 and 11 miles.  We are using the Stour Valley Way to the Wimborne area\, then the Castleman Trailway to Broadstone. Maps will be available and the route will be marked with road paint and arrows on the day. There will be an “aid station” at “The Bridge House” Longham if anyone gets into difficulties. \nThe coach will leave Broadstone at 8:40am. It will drop off runners at Hengistbury Head and Tesco’s Castle Lane Bournemouth\nCurrently we have one 49 seat coach booked. SUMMARY:Train Trail Trot
DESCRIPTION:Our coach(s) will leave the Junction at 8:40am on Sunday morning   (please meet at 8:30) and drop runners of at : \n·         19miles run – Shillingstone \n·         13 Mile run – Blandford Tesco’s \n·         10 mile run – Spetisbury \nThe route will be mainly on the North Dorset trailway (Cycle route 25)\, although does cross some fields which can be muddy in wet weather.  The route will be marked with yellow road paint and arrows. A support car will be en-route. \nThe cost is subsidised by the club so the charge to all attendees is just £5 to include a £2 voucher towards refreshments at the Junction (TBC).
