DESCRIPTION:Runners meet upstairs in the function room at the Junction Sports Centre in Broadstone by 7pm. \nAfter brief announcements\, pacing groups are announced. These usually include: \n\n10 miles @ 7 min/mile\n6 or 10 miles @ 8-8:30 min/mile\n6 miles @ 9 min/mile\n4 or 6 miles at 9:30+ min/mile\n\nYou’re free to team up with others to set your own pacing group if your needs aren’t met by the main groups\, most of the routes are listed on the club website at this link. \n\nClub Night Routes \n\nThere are changing rooms and showers for all and everyone is welcome to stay on for food and drink afterwards.
