DESCRIPTION:This week’s club night precedes the club’s Annual General Meeting. Please plan on arriving a little earlier than normal so that pace groups can be organised and runners can depart and return in time for the meeting\, planned to start at 8:30pm.\nRunners meet upstairs in the function room at the Junction Sports Centre in Broadstone by 6:45pm. \nAfter pacing groups are announced we’ll be heading straight out. Pacing groups usually include: \n\n10 miles @ 7 min/mile\n6 or 10 miles @ 8-8:30 min/mile\n6 miles @ 9 min/mile\n4 or 6 miles at 9:30+ min/mile\n\nYou’re free to team up with others to set your own pacing group if your needs aren’t met by the main groups\, most of the routes are listed on the club website at this link. \n\nClub Night Routes \n\nThere are changing rooms and showers for all and all club members are invited to attend the club’s AGM immediately after their respective runs – or simply by turning up on time if they’ve not run this evening!
