This Series of six time trials at Upton Country Park is based on a simple turn up and run basis. The 2018 series will use the same traffic-free paths as 2017. The start and finish will again be in front of Upton House.

RACE THREE REPORT
The senior’s race was won, for the third time in succession, by Will Brewin in 18 minutes and 38 seconds, making it a clean sweep so far in the series. He was followed by Gareth Alan-Williams in 19.23 and Jack Galloway in 19.32 both of Poole AC. In the ladies category, Poole Runner’s Serena O’ Connor was first in 21.43, with Emma Martin (Wimborne AC) in 2nd in 21.51, and Clare Martin (Purbeck Runners), third in 22.25.
The junior mile race was again won by Will Goss in the boy’s category and Susanna Forster of Poole Runners in the girls category. William Barlow and Finlay Nunn were 2nd and 3rd for the boys respectively, with Georgina Stokes and Zoe Steele 2nd and 3rd for the girls.
In the team category, the first ladies team were Poole Runners, Serena O’ Connor, Fern Kimber and Kate Phillpotts. The winning men’s team were Poole AC’s trio of Gareth Alan-Williams, Jack Galloway and Matthew Ashton. Duncan Cooper (M53) had the best overall age-related performance.
EA registered runners: £2 per race, min age 14 years on 2/05/18.
Non-EA runners: £4 for your first race, then £2.00 for subsequent races.
On night registration, only £1 per race. Min age 4 years on 02/05/18.
In all cases please use the same number for all races.
Runners must complete a minimum of any four races to be considered for a prize.
Overall £50 voucher for both overall male /female

A competitor’s age at the date of the first race will apply to all the races in the series. Placings will be judged from positions within the runner’s category only. Any ties will be decided on position in the last race of the series.
